The workshop, organised for Departmental ICT Officers, Examination Officers, Heads of Departments (HODs), and Deans of Faculties, was designed to strengthen staff capacity in the effective use of the University’s digital platforms.
The training focused on practical skills such as uploading academic publications to enhance institutional visibility, managing result uploads and moderation processes for accurate student records, and ensuring seamless transcript generation. Participants were also trained on navigating the University portal and the Central Information Referencing and Management System (CIRMS) for efficient handling of student and staff-related data.
